I was in NY to film a German TV show with my bus and a new VW bus prototype that was never produced. I have a living room full of trophies for my bus. They used to have a VW show in Woodstock NY and I took 1st place a couple of times. If you look real close, in the background is a 1982 VW diesel Rabbit pickup.

Urge

I'm sorry, I meant to type 21... not sure why I typed 16.

And you mean the Microbus? It still looks amazing to this day and it was a concept quite a while ago.

VERY Cool Urge......... Takes me back for sure. I had a '71 bus that chased the Dead all over the countryside.

Escapin' through the lily fields
I came across an empty space
It trembled and exploded
Left a bus stop in its place
The bus came by and I got on
That's when it all began
There was cowboy Neal
At the wheel
Of a bus to never-ever land....

That is a beautiful ride Urge. Mine was nothing special, but it did have the obligatory curtains *hehehe*

I had a '63 split window (green) that also racked up a lot of miles chasing the Dead. Sadly, it and Jerry faded away at roughly the same time. It was NOT a good year.
