Evening everyone. Just wanted to say hi and to link everyone to this as well.

People wonder why I get mad having to deal with all the hoopla surrounding these liquids and the grief and aggrivation associated with it. I refuse to be belittled or act as a babysitter any more for them and they will be discontinued as I had previously stated. I have more on hand and will be putting them up on the web site in batches to make sure I dont get buried in orders and not be able to keep up with order with no restrictions, limits or any care as to who gets them. Once gone they will be gone for good and I refuse to deal with it anymore in any way shape or form.

Im not directing this to anyone in particular just announcing the time I spend dealing with it and the fact that my blood pressure has been through the roof is not worth the health hazards associated with it.


Well that sucks. Sorry that you have to deal with stupid customers and all the hassle.

Well done , everyone old enough to be smocking/vaping should know they dont always get what they want and to not be attached to something for so long.

I strong suggest you keep your head firm with that decision Don , at the end it will do you more good that harm specially with your health.

That's utter rubbish. Anyone who has ever ordered from BWB would know that is just bollocks. Lack of service? Communications? Inattentiveness? Bah. This person is a big baby needing constant supervision.

I checked the site again. Knowing exactly where to look on the site for the juices, I don't bother reading any messages on the landing page and skip straight to the e-juice section.


That is his fault. Ignorance is no excuse. I'm sorry, but if you don't bother to inform yourself, who can you blame? Yourself!

I love the use of all the fifty dollar words, where a 10 dollar one would do. Look at me! Aren't I clever? If I'm so clever, I must be right..right?

Don't let the idiots grind you down. He's a nutter, of the I-am-spending-my-money-and-you-better-know-the-customer-is-always-right sort. I say bugger that. Ban his sorry .... and be done with him.

Hi everybody, I love these juices....I just got my order today of tobacco flavors 6 or 7 of them tryed 2 already...LOVE THEM. Had to stop trying from nic overload. Always liked M & MT. Haven't liked tobacco flavors, til I pounded some beers & felt like I needed a real cig. (Was hooked on fruit flavors.) I never had a problems with any customer service. Don answered questions, e-mailed me. In the few times...no problems :) Been vaping since Dec 2010. Ordered from reading all the posts about BWB. Everyone was right..GOOD STUFF. You can just taste the quality. I opened my salon in Oct 1996. Problems will be had, Some ppl will never be happy, u can try until your just exhausted, in every way. This is a great forum. I have truly enjoyed reading sooo many threads. Some get out of hand, some a part of a great family. I don't know Don that well, but from my few experiences I'm very happy, You hold your head up high. You make quality juices, & have a huge following...Cheers
ps.....I love my Malty candle & will be buying more :D

Hey Don. I'm sorry to hear that this one guy is going to spoil it for all the good customers that you do have. It's too bad that they will be discontinued, but you shouldn't have to deal with people that simply refuse to read. He obviously doesn't know why your rules are in place for these flavors, and doesn't comprehend the amount of work that you and your wife do, to make a high quality product and getting these juices out to us in an "extremely fast" amount of time for a freshly made juice. One of the things that I think that he doesn't get, is that you make them fresh to order, and you don't just pull a bottle off the shelf and throw it in a box. He obviously doesn't know, or doesn't take into account, that you are a "two person operation". I can go on and on about this person and his issues, but just like I told you in my PM to you, I too get sick of people saying things about something that they do not know about or understand completely. Just remember Don, you've got alot of really appreciative customers (like myself), that realize the amount of work that you do, and the time and the passion that you take, in order to produce a GREAT line of juices for us! Try to forget about this guy. I know that it may be hard to do. In the end, you can take away the satisfaction that you won't have to deal with this guy again, and that he will never be able to find a juice that can even come close to being as good as yours. His losses, will be your gains in the end. Take care of yourself buddy, and remember that the other 99% + of your customers appreciate your work and "Thank You!" for ALL that you do for us. A big "THANK YOU!!!!!" from me especially!

I'm sorry that you have to deal with this kind of crap Don. I have had nothing but the best service from you, and I hope you never get to the point where you just give up totally. Hang in there buddy, your true fans/customers will always treat you with the respect you deserve, and obey the rules that you set. I'm sure those that will read this post will agree with something I posted here not that long ago, you have given me something to look forward to everyday, and for that I thank you.

I'm not going to lie. This is a very sad day for all of us Don.
But you have to do what you have to do. I personally would do the same thing, but I probably would have pulled the plug long before this.

I'm sorry Don. I know this wasn't easy for you. But it's the right thing to do.
as much as I hate to say it Don I'm gonna have to agree with vaps on this one. It still amazes me how one person can screw up such a good thing. I'm vert sorry also Don but keep your head up bro your a Good Man and you and your Wife do one heck of a good job for all of us,

Wow, I too am sorry to hear about your trouble Don. Just the other day I was raving about the excellent service I get from BWB. I too think this is a sad day and sorry you had to go through all of that. I don't know how many times, ways and places you have to place a notice for people to see and get it. Oh well all is good though, will miss the juices but BWB will go on.

I for one thought that your second run for scarce products was a fantastic idea. I understand the headache that it causes you to deal with 2 of your most fantastic products having constant supply issues, and taking care of needy, selfish customers on top of that. It seems to me that the only reason these products still existed was as a service to your customer base. I see this as a last straw incident, and I completely understand. You have an increasingly large and tasty lineup of juices, and I for one look forward to a not checking the site 3 times a day.

Just hurry up with that bw4, will ya?
