How is everyone? I am between job interviews and meetings while still trying to get work done today... tomorrow is likely to be just as bad! Good Afternoon crew!

What's even worse is that someone that is an internal and a strong candidate that would probably do well just interviewed very poorly... got to wait and see how the others go.

I know what you mean about interviewing bad. I've had staff do that before. I've also gone to bats for them when I knew they were best suited for a job but interviewed terrible. I don't interview all that well myself.

I also have found out that the real good talkers don't always work well.
