I recently had some bad experience with my aspire nautilus coils tasting burnt and flooding so I emailed aspire and this is what they told me. I thought I would share this with u guys so u guys can be aware of these bad coils.
Dear Cameron,
Thank you for giving us your feedback. In order to uphold our reputation for producing high quality vaping products, we are addressing recent complaints regarding the Aspire Nautilus coils.
After further analysis of the coils, we have pinpointed what was giving certain e-liquids a burnt taste. We found that the rope fibers inside the coils were not thick enough for the atomizer to reach appropriate heating levels. Thankfully, these rope fibers were only used in a limited number of products.
We have corrected the issue and are now using rope fibers that will allow customers to enjoy the full flavor of the e-liquid.
The Aspire team is taking full responsibility for these products. We are going to fix this problem by provide our direct distributors and wholesalers with the modified replacement coils. Customers can exchange their defected coils with the new coils at the store where they purchased their Aspire Nautilus from. The number of new coils issued will be proportional to the number of original Aspire Nautilus products purchased.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Our research and development team is working hard to provide the best possible product to our customers. We are constantly seeking ways to improve our current line of products while also developing new products that will give consumers the high quality vaping experience that they are looking for.
