I recently got a bottle of RY4 from a company I had good experences with but it tastes terrible. It doesn't seem to taste (or smell) like RY4 at all, it's so bad I can't even use it. I had received a sample bottle of it and it was good, thats why I ordered a big bottle. Has anyone gotten a bad bottle of a flavor they usually like? Should I contact them and see if they will send another?

Contact the seller.
That's the first thing you should do.
If the seller can't or won't help you then come back and tells us about it.

Agreed and quoted... if someone is not living up to standards of the consumer "literally" then they need to know that their new methods are funky, and not up to par... and they should fix it.:mail:
We are the spawn of their "Bread and water" and we should know if it is not resolved... AFTER an e-mail communication, to resolve the issue.

You have had RY4 "BEFORE THIS, FROM THAT VENDOR" RIGHT?

(I assume that the atty or Carto isn't used before this [or it might be the atty element] or that you have tested with a clean one.)

Most know things happen, but should have used a prior recipe to the "T".
