No, you would never have to steep juice that comes pre-filled in cartridges or cartomizers.
That juice is old enough to have already steeped plenty.

Letting them sit there for at least a week before expecting them to taste like they were intended to taste.

There is one juice I buy that takes almost a month to round into full form.
That doesn't make a lot of sense to me from a chemistry standpoint, but it seems true.

Hmmm, this steeping thing is interesting. Maybe it is why the Wintergreen I just got from V4L tastes like medicine and not Wintergreen.
