Bad Riva Battery, No Customer Service, Help?

Hope I can get a hand here. Less than a month ago, I got a Riva kit when on sale. I use this only when going out and about for size. Really like it. But...

One of the batteries is shorted or something. It blinks when I put on an atty and gives perhaps one vape and is done. I put it on the charger the battery light is dark, but if I leave it awhile it shows charged. Until I try to use it again. I sent an email on 11/19/10 and have had no response. I have charged and used this battery perhaps 4 or 5 times total. I have tried various attys to the same response. I know things are not always perfect, but some response is appreciated. I have had no problems with LF in the past.

lexgar, I had a problem with an Riva battery, called Customer Service and they sent another one out the same day with a return shipping label for the bad battery.

Awesome Customer Service. I could not be happier with LF. Abe is kinda nice too.....lol....but I talked to TY at customer service on the phone and I got extraordinary service.
