Is there any reason why my troll rda would have a bad taste. I have done multiple builds, rewicks and cleaned multiple times it just seams like every thing I put in it ends up tasting like ....

Have you checked the insulator to see if it has melted on the center post?

Yep either melted center post or not cleaned well enough. Some people resort to denture cleaning tablets to get all the machine oil, etc flavor out.
Use isopropyl alcohol. It's typically "tap" oil and soap and water will not get it all off. But if you vaped on it before with no issues I would also have to vote for melted insulator.
Checked the insulator it looked ok but saw some crap down in there and cleaned it out. Put a quick build in steamed ok but I'll need some time to put a proper build in in it and test it to make sure that taste is gone
