That was such a pain in the ... to build that you put it away and never thought of building it again? BEHOLD! The bain of my coil building existence - my CATS rda by RJ Mod! I hated this thing so bad when trying to build it. No post holes, just flat head screws to TRAP the wire under. Took me about an hour or so to get it built right... and about 9 feet of Nichrome 80 to get it built right as well. The problem isn't the build, but the wicking. Because this rda prefers verti-coils over the horizontal ones, building it is just a plain pain in the ....

HCigar Omega clone. What a piece of garbage that thing is. I still have it, I guess to remind me to research before I buy.

No post holes, with very high deck edges, and 3mm side airholes down at the very bottom of the well (not centered either, next to the negative posts). Impossible to place coils well, impossible to prevent leaking.

The mutation x v4.
I didn't like it with builds meant for < 60 watt vw mods; it is too leak prone.
With 24 awg kanthal or ni80 on a mech or a > 100 vw it has the airflow to "quick dry" your wick so leaking is less of an issue though the condensation leakage can be pretty bad.
I had a dual twisted chimney coil setup in my Nixon but it was such a pain to wick effectively that I pulled it and went back to a horizontal build. I may try it again when I (intentionally) spin the positive block to make more wick space at the "equator" of the deck.
