EU Ban coming in Malta?

Any others from Malta have any idea about this new legislation? I don't speak maltese so I don't always get the full story, just what I hear from the locals...I just moved here and I would love to help stop any anti vaping laws!

From what I can gather so far e-cigs fall under all the same rules as regular tobacco here, but it's kind of a grey area, but the new law is to be an official ban on using them in public places. I don't know if this will effect the import/sale or use of them in a personal sense or not...

Any help is greatly appreciated!

As far as I know up to now Electronic Cigarettes can be sold but not advertised ( just like normal Cigarettes) Also they cannot be used in public places. I see no legislation info on your site. Just sales info for your little shop...perhaps you can provide a link to the info you mentioned?
