I keep hoping that someone tells me that it is being stopped, but no news so far.

Wasn't Utah one of the first States to cash in on the post Prohibition tax money and job boom? AIRC they couldn't produce booze fast enough.

    I hate double standards.

One would think there would be a way to prove age. Do 13-18 year olds have credit cards? Wouldn't the
parent(s) KNOW when the bill comes that these are vaping products? I just can't fathom that there are that many underage children purchasing these products on line. But I grew up in a different era. These people have no clue what vaping has done for adults who needed an alternative. So sad. Sorry for all of you.

I google ecig news almost daily. I've seen no news stories about this date. Shouldn't there be some publicity so the good citizens of Utah know about this? And apparently on 8-8 Homeland Security will stop chasing terrorists and search every package for new vaping products?

I hadn't read any news about it either. But a customer from Utah sent me the link, believing it to be valid as it is from Utah Smoke Free. I am reading the bill this evening.

Interesting. Sounds like a big windfall for local vape shops and as far as finding backers to fight it, count them out I suppose. Also ensures that Utah residents will pay state, county and city sales tax on all vape products. Clever .......s.

I got an email from vapor kings saying that effective 7/1, they can't ship to Utah. That's when I asked.

That would seem to be the whole point, tax revenue.

Not the whole point, given the predominant culture. However, the most justifiable point.

In reading the bill, I am seeing that it is face to face sales only.

Wonder if ordering by phone using Skype counts as face to face?
