This article has aged but the question is: Is selling flavoured tobacco Products illegal or "just banned"?
The question could be reverted to e-cig.s biz.

At 16 I only wanted what was forbidden to me. :)

I was the same way. Once I hit 21 most of it stopped (except tobacco and alcohol). But still I love my fruity flavours.

I see the governments point in this (by making it less appealing to youth) but at the same time your punishing adults that know what we are doing to ourselves and limiting our options.
Hell how is this any different then all the different flavoured liquor out there.

well, seeing as they made laws that store's had to hide cigarette's from visual view, then ban the advertisements, make the warnings on the packs bigger (as we all seemed to go blind and could not see them), all in the effort to stop the kids from starting to light up, and viewing a news report on you tube how in the USA the government was saying the non-traditional tobacco flavored where to indeed attract the youth, they could possibly try to make a ban on the juice. (this may be irrelevant but) If anyone likes or follow Stephen King, i am reminded of one of his short stories, called 10 o'clock people my wife reads him more then i, and i had to askwhere it was smokers who saw things like demons, and ghosts etc, and it was smokers who saved the world :D
