Try clicking on the banner you like and usually they'll take you to the site where it originated. Follow the instructions from there.
That's part of your signature settings. But your post count isn't high enough yet for that option to be turned on:

Once your post count is over 15 if you click on someone's banner that you like that usually takes you to a web site where you can create your own code for your personal banner. That site, in combination with your ECF settings option to add/change your signature will provide the instructions for how to insert the banner code into your ECF settings.

Really? Currently in Marblehead. Lived in Mission Hill for ages.
Not sure. The mobile version has a lot of limitations due to the nature of mobile and some security issues. The option is under Settings > My Settings > My Profile > Edit Signature in the list of your options of the left side of your Settings page. Your post count is high enough that the option is available now. If you don't see that on ECF mobile it's not something you can change via the mobile interface.

way up north. just moved down to ga and missing the north already. way too much humidity. but alot cheaper. and thats the main reason i got into vaping because of the price. only $5.50 a pack down here but when i moved from mass it was 9.50 for newports.
