I can see why so many Chinese smoke...46 cents a pack.

The price doesn't matter to an addict. I paid 10 cents a pack when I was in the army and smoked the same amount as I did when I paid 8.00 a pack before I quit.

Resturaunts and bars still have a smoking section. Law is sort of a joke and locals fear no reprisal. Smokes are dirt cheap and my hosts who picked me up in Shaghai (smokers) never even saw a e-cig. They both took a pull off an ego with a Boge LR carto and were amazed. Even more amazed that the product is made in Shezhen. They were totally blown away when I let them hit the Darwin.
