Anyone who got the Unicorn hair Wicking from mount baker Vapor There's two things that might surprise you one is it's not 12 wicks It's 10 boxes of 12 wicks per purchase Also, they're very small. And I don't mean like the diameter. They're 3 mm. They'll fit fine in to a 2.5 from what I can tell. But the length of them including the plastic overlay (eyelet?) is around 1.5 inches. Now the cotton under the eyelet is usable. But you have to fluff it up a lot. This isn't one of those ones that you can pull through and then just cut the eyelet off. I was surprised with how small it was. There's a couple things that I own that this probably won't be usable in but then again there's a couple things that this will be very usable and and I won't even have to trim my Wick. Overall, it's fantastic because it's a ton of them. I got two boxes thinking there was only 12 in each box.

Well worth it. I picked one up elsewhere on some clearance for $6.50. Nice little squonk and if you like you can easily polish up the resin for a real high glass look.

I bought one just because it was $9.99 lol! Another one of my -if I don’t want it I’ll PIF it- purchases.

Plus the resin looks cool lol!!

It’s a nice little squonk. There are still places selling it for the original retail price so it’s definitely a good deal. IMO the resin really comes alive if you polish it up. Fortunately resin is easy to polish so a 20 minute investment of time gives you something pretty striking.

What method did you use to polish yours?

Dang... They sent me an e-mail saying those were out of stock and refunded the amount (I had ordered 3) That would have been a bunch of wicks! No big deal... I actually just got 10 ft of rayon from amazon (less that $3)
I just got my order from e-juice steals (a Joyetech Atopack Magic and two bottles of juice) I got the Atopack for testing my DIY juices (it comes with 50 little cotton "wicks"... going to soak the wick, take a few draws, change the cotton, soak with the next flavor and so on... will post later if it works)
Mystery box of juices coming Monday from MBV.

Mt Baker came through for me. A handful of Vaporesso Cascades, coils and a couple copper Stingrays that are beautiful. I was pretty much set with mechs back in 2016 but these sweet Stingray clones for two bucks a piece were irresistible. Those Cascades for two bucks are as good a deal as I've seen also.

I grabbed a couple of the cascade tanks also even though I hadn't tried them. I'm trying to figure out how to use the coil adapter so I can put a gt coil in one. Have you tried it yet?

Fwiw I had to stop using vapenw due to excessive shipping cost. ,$17 from California slow mail,,

I agree, their shipping can be unreasonable after a certain weight (roughly the weight of 2 tanks). After that the price jumps too high until you get enough for free shipping. They really pad the Flat Rate Priority shipping costs. I know labor has to be included, but $12+ for flat rate priority is a bit excessive.

I had that idea as well when I first started because I found a big thing of old clearomizers But then I got into RTAs and RDA and decided to just use a dripper. I'd love to know how it goes.

I even emailed to complain,, thats their new lowest shipping rate,,, they are profiting off shipping. Glad I'm done shopping- i will go without or to another vender before ever using them as I find that practice sleezy

Well, that and I think their goal is to steer people to order more to get the free shipping. It's an old ecommerce marketing ploy. They do have good prices on a lot of stuff and I have had great customer service experience with them.

But I won't order from them unless I have a small order or unless I have a big enough order to get free shipping.

I haven't opened one up yet. I'm assuming that I'll be able to get the adapter working with at least GT coils if not others.

.... But that little tiny artery pal thing. Is absolutely amazing. I'm not going to say that It's going to compete with a good RTA or an RDA. But it's really impressive. Like I'm not a pod person, but I can see myself using this especially in public.

    The Artery pal sounds delightful.

My Mt. Baker orders showed up today, after going AWOL for 24 hours after USPS claimed to have delivered them.

If you'd asked me about pods 3 weeks ago, I'd have scoffed. But I'm becoming a pod fan. At least for bargain pods. I have 4 types now. The SX Mini is ok, but my favorite is the Starss Bravo I got from Lightfire. I only vape 10 or 11 watts normally, and the Bravo seems on target for that range.

Pods are so not suited for vapocalypse stocking, but I'll enjoy them while they last.

How do you polish resin? This will be my first resin mod. I’m planning on putting it in the stash but would like to polish it before hand.

My 2¢: Regardless of the price, with millions of users, they do present a problem with plastic waste. Even if refillable, how long? The disposable culture is disturbing.
