Same one I have. I’ve had it almost 2 years and it’s been a very and tough mod.
Im not into mechs either but this is semi regulated so it has some safety features. I bought 2 for my stash and they will be a last resort. $2 for anything is a steal lol!!
The Noisy Crickets that Kanger is selling don't have any safety features, they don't even have a 510 connector, just a threaded hole the tank screws into!
What you described is what is called a Hybrid Mod. They are popular as they generally hit harder. But they come with safety tradeoffs.
Oh wow I had no idea there was another version. The ones I purchased have a mosfet in them for protection against shorts. I’m going to have to check about the 510! I sure hope so. A lot of people recommended them for a semi regulated. I’m glad I purchased several other semi regulated mods. Thanks for bring this to my attention. Appreciate it!
The mosfet is to protect the button against a current draw beyond it's capacity
okay thanks as you can see I’m not up on echo or semi regulated and that’s why I don’t use them. I research everything ad nauseum before using any device and I’m not embarrassed to ask questions even if they may be simple to others more experienced than I am. Appreciate all knowledge.

Fuji 2 post RTA - I love these things!! Very easy to build but make sure to use sheet cotton and leave the pressed sides of cotton on to avoid leaks Clearance for $5 - About 1 cm needed to wick a 4mm 11.5 wraps coil to avoid leaks. Very good flavor and vapor especially for fruit flavors

I finally got the "mystery box" of juices from Mt Baker (0mg) I hope they taste as good as they sound... many flavors I'm excited to try. I was so happy most of them are 70VG/30PG so I can add my own Nic to them (mine is in PG) Can't really use the 50/50 ones until I get some nic in VG. I was upset that they all have juice residue on them... if I had paid full price for their juices I would have thrown a fit! I'm a bit concerned about germs (on the outside of the bottles) so going to wipe them with alcohol (that's going to take awhile... didn't count but it's around 40 bottles)
Well... I will not be ordering any juices from MBV. Some of the bottle caps were not tight and even the ones that were leaked some. Maybe a pressure difference during shipping cause it... just a bad spout/cap design IMO.
That's OK. You can make DIY juice for cheap anyway. Little bit of an investment up front, though. But I think you know all this already.
And order your DIY juice supplies online and have those bottles leak before you receive them instead.

I have no idea why. Also it came FedEx and MBV website only mentions USPS and UPS... sounds odd to me! Don't really are... it was cheap.
