Does anyone know if Brett is still at ejuicesteals I know a while back his phone number was available and he got something done for me like the same day.

As I have heard from others - NOPE . . . Although, supposedly that phone number is still active . . . Just Sayin' . . . :rolleyes:

Yeah I just called it and no he's no longer there but he may be starting up his own website he said. It's a shame. He was really good.

It's been 18 days since I purchased a thing of eJuices and it's not here it has no update since the day it was sent. I contacted them 8 days ago to tell them that I never got it and they told me to get a number from USPS. The USPS told me they don't know of any number to give me. So I went back told that to ejuicesteals and they said that they would just send me out another package and nothing at all has happened. I really wanted to get the e-juice because of the excellent prices but it looks like I'm going to have to just get a refund.

Maybe I'm being unreasonable feeling like they should get my package to me within 20 days or 8 since they told me they were going to reship it I know it's probably not their fault that the USPS didn't get it anywhere but it's not my fault either.

Anybody else get a lemon instead of a lime with their vaporesso Pro from 3A?

First I noticed it discharged the battery way to quickly. Then, tried to charge thru the USB, and it appeared to be charging- alternating between the data screen and a charging icon. Oddly, the display never went off- it was still doing that an hour later. It felt warm around the usb input, but the charge wouldn't change for over an hour. Tried a different battery, same result.

I did download & update firmware, just in case, but no change.

I've emailed them, but just wondering if anyone else has seen this. And do your displays stay on the whole time it's charging, alternating like that?

btw, so someone doesn't come across the thread thinking AP has issues:

It was user error. User didn't realize the cord wasn't the best. It worked for other devices, but not AP. Used a different cord, and all is fine. Not depleting the battery as fast either. Not sure if it's from firmware update, or changing timeout for clock display. Thinking firmware, because it's hard to believe the clock display would've drained a battery as fast as it was going.

I think thats what I was having all the trouble doing. The Postal Service said that they put out an inquest which they said was an alert to notify basically that that package needs to be rerouted to here if it's found anywhere but it has not been scanned anywhere since the tenth. And then they said that the mail is backed up so maybe it's still in California today but that is it mentioned anywhere else that there's any sort of backlog of national mail let alone 18 days backlog. This thing just fell off the face of the Earth the same day that it was shipped a couple miles from whence it was shipped. Anyhow it turns out that ejuicesteals is very responsive when you call them. And they had me fill out another list of things that I wanted because most of the stuff was sold out. So we'll see how that goes. Once I actually get that package I guess I'll let the USPS know that they can cancel their inquest or whatever. This is the first time that I've had mailed legitimately just go missing the minute it was shipped. I wonder if that online thing that you mentioned was the same thing that they said I should get a number from

Are they asking for a tracking number? Look at the site you ordered from and your orders. You should be able to see it there.

Don't know if you received one, however ejuicesteals sent "Me" an email about my order . . . A shipment from order #***** is on the way . . . following up and to confirm that the shipment was sent. That email also included the USPS "tracking number" for my package - maybe look there too . . . IMHO- If they don't resend or you don't get your order - they relly should refund your money . . . BTW: This is just one of the many reasons I will not purchase anything from that vendor again . . . :-x Wish Ya' Luck - . . . ;)

When I called the number for him the first week of March, (for help with using a code EjuiceSteals had issued me for a credit with them)...Brett told me:

1) He was no longer with EjuiceSteals
2) The number I'd called was his own personal phone number. So please use the number found on EjuiceSteals from then on.

Since I have spoken about this so long I feel it's only fair to go ahead and give an update again. I used the phone number that is on the website to call them and spoke with Muhammad. He listened, he helped and an hour ago I got an updated tracking number. He was also very polite and nice about the whole thing.

Are they asking for a tracking number? Look at the site you ordered from and your orders. You should be able to see it there.
Oh no. I had the tracking which is how I knew that there has been no movement since it arrived in Anaheim on the 10th. United States Postal Service seemed to think that I needed to provide them proof of receipt regarding shipping and insurance and a detailed inventory of everything that was shipped to me when I spoke with them. They also told me that I couldn't report it missing for 30 days which I know is not factual especially not for a priority mail. My post office is usually very good I'm sure they're very stressed out. I called them back the next day and that's when they offer to put in an inquest. But there has been no update and now it's not necessary at least I hope I hope to God they don't manage to lose this package

You need to request a refund from the company and let the company deal with it. It is the companies problem because you obviously never received the item.

I have what I consider an important FYI for those who might be interested:

T-Mobile was going to offer a new plan after the official merger with Sprint at the end of March. However T-Mobile decided to start it up today instead because of the Carona-19 . . . T-Mobile Connect Launches Early to Help the Most Vulnerable in America Get and Stay Connected

AND - Even though I use Metro by T-mobile (different service provider) - this plan cost half as much for the same type of plan: Unlimited Phone/Text & 2G of Data (which T-Mobile increases .5 G every year) . . . Metro $30 per month vs T-Mobile $15 + tax per month (Oh Yea - These are prepaid Plans) . . . You can even sign up to get a Tablet & Service for the same amount if Ya' already are a customer. AND - per chance you are a customer you might be able to change to this $15 plan too. OR - From what I understand, for the $20 plan pre month there is the ability to get a Free Phone .

I just signed-up over the phone - called 1-800- T Mobile (800-866-2453) - spoke with a GREAT CS Rep; Scott (from Idaho - hopefully you will too and if Ya' do tell him that OLD "Witty" Man from Florida sent Ya', I'm sure he'll remember and get a laugh) . . . BTW: They forgave the Activation Fee & Sim Card Fee also . . . All this took only 30 mins and I already recieved a confirmation email . . . The best part I keep "My" same number & Phone too (I still like my phone even though it is 5 years old) . . . ;)
