Great! Now my favorite mods will probably be the Colossal that's really too heavy, and the Armour Pro, that's really too ugly (or requires a lot of work)!

I think I'm about the only one that didn't like the colossal. I just couldn't get used to the fire button with the ridge around it. It made it's way to the stash box.

There are things I don't like about it. Compact, yeah - but way too heavy. Really odd UI. Touch screen makes me wonder if it'll last.
BUT- somehow, the H-boost makes my low wattage vapes so much better. Other mods, I might vape 8-10W, but with Colossal, I drop a watt or so, set to H, and it's so fast and perfect, no ramp time or priming puffs.
Also, the single recessed button is great for me. I drop a few mods in a pocket of my briefcase, and occasionally, one will get a button pressed, and fire in there, or change wattage on me. Can't really happen with this mod, and you don't need to remember to lock it. And it seems really well put together.
Did you know, before the Aegis there was the Heatvape Invader Mini (one 18650)? I ended up with 9 of them.
And the story I heard, the same guy who designed the Invader Mini was later hired by Geekvape and came out with the Aegis.
NOW you tell me. Won't be able to sleep knowing I wasted 2 bucks.
Too bad every other chinese retailer isn't like Fasttech in terms of being able to cancel orders with automatic refunds - a nice DIY system.
Such is life, though.

Kind of, but not really off topic: A lot of stuff on this thread is from China of course. Wondering who's back to work over there, and who's not? I've placed orders with 3F & 3A, and a decent sized cart for FT. just kind of wondering what to expect. No urgency, just thinking about it.

I placed an order from HealthCabin on the 10th and it shipped the very next day. And the tracking shows it has passed the US Customs already. Placed an order with eFun on the 11th and nothing happened yet. Although normally, eFun can take a couple of months to ship something. So nothing new there.

So which ones are you talking about? Skins or the sleeves like this one. If the sleeve, they're not very thick and "grippy?"
Oh, and I just noticed your edit. No, my Colossal looks great- got the gray when Admodus had them half price/free shipping a couple of months ago. I just ordered that green Armour Pro. Couldn't resist a quality mod, just my style for under $10...even if it's green!
That's the skin I ordered.
I got the green Colassal when they had it as a kit with the tank that included a 5-pack of coils for like 19.99... Maybe 2 5-packs now that I think about it... but the deal was only for the booger green color.

So it doesn't make it much thicker, or grab fabric like my Solo?
It's smoother than most silicone sleeves, but it does have a grab to it.
Thickens is 1.40mm so it will add 2.8mm to your mod. About the same as any other decent sleeve.
I don't know yet.. i just ordered it... i was saying that it should be ok with my gym shorts because the pockets are big and loose, unlike jeans.
