That sucks. Hopefully PP will let you open another in the future. People seem to also use Venmo (owned by paypal but I believe the accounts are totally separate) and CashApp. Never used either, can't use CashApp unless you have a smartphone as far as I know.

I of course would expect them to cash it before sending me the item. I'm in no hurry..just trying to build a stash of vaping items.I doubt it. They had to reimburse my bank. They were upset with me..not the hackers.

If you're talking about House Bill 2339, that's a House vote. It'd still need to pass the senate, then be signed by Trump. So that's not going to be a law this week.
BTW, I had to pay a State tax here in CA This was new since I last ordered nic from River Supply. Also , now I have to sign to get my package (also new from my last order)

ChelsB is referring to it as a $3K tax probably because I called it that in my thread I stared about it. I rounded up for various reasons, main one being that to me a $3K vs a $2780 tax per liter = tomayto vs tomauto
Anyway, what you're saying is 210% true, that it will take time before it becomes law if the house votes in favor of the bill. But IMHO, there's no reason, if you have the money, to wait til the last minute, put it off, see what happens, etc, etc, etc. But to each his own, of course.
BTW: It's HR 4742 that has the tax verbiage, not HR2339, I believe. But 2339 is a big deal. It imposes a federal flavor ban and prohibits online sales among other things.

Aspire and Talifun like just designed a new nautilus tank together. I was gonna wait to get one, but I might need to get one now, I think. IIRC the capacity was fairly large. It's ugly but I bet it vapes great.
