Depends on how hot your car gets. I usually leave mine in the car but in long Island we haven't hit 90 degrees yet. Even after hours in my glove box the tank is still cool to the touch. It prior have to be in the 100s before I worried, and even then if it's in the shade, and not in direct sunlight it should be fine. If you're really worried you could keep it in a cooler bag with an ice pack lol

Depending on where you are, it can get insanely hot inside the car. Here in south Texas, it can easily hit 150-160°F inside the car while I'm at work. You can even find recipes online for car baked cookies, where people bake cookies on their dashboards. Not an environment that I'm willing to leave my vape gear in... not even if it were tucked under the seat and out of direct sunlight....

The only time I ever left mine in a car was when I wasn't gonna be in it for 5 minutes at a gas station. If it was left in for hours, I simply wouldn't do it. There was a PSA Picture on Instagram about a mod that blew up in 95+ temperatures and people shouldn't leave them in cars. Take it inside with you, not sure what you do for work, but I'm sure there is somewhere you can put it.

A cool bag or cooler with the hard plastic cool gels inside, just one is fine. They don't leak or give off moisture because they are a closed system.

Your mod will not be cold at all. Just will keep it from reaching temp in the car/truck, which will be very hot.

Every summer, I carry a cooler or cooler bag in my vehicle. There is always something I need to put in there.

I'd be afraid of getting water in it for starters. Then, with the humidity here in Tx, if you take a cold hunk of metal and plastic outside, the condensation would be terrible. Anywhere the air could get to would be dripping wet in a few minutes on a good day. A few seconds on a normal day. And in mid-August, forget about it.
Was just curious, its in igloo cooler with gel pack. I sit it on top, careful not to get wet, and only when it gets over 90 degree outside

Sounds about the same

I'm more worried about the mod itself getting cold and collecting condensation. It's humid enough here for the dewpoint to get above 75 degrees. A glass of tea at room temperature will collect condensation if you take it outside.
You might be right, so far it's never been damp or anything but I've only had to do it few times where I thought it was too hot. Btw I'm northeast PA.

On a sunny 70 degree day your car can easily get hotter than 120 degrees.

I suggest not leaving your devices in your car whether it's hot or cold out.

This was recently posted to Reddit, story goes that someone left their Ego-style battery in a friend's car and returned to find this.

To help with high temp I put my power device, batteries & delivery devices in a quart or larger size freezer baggie.
Then that goes in a cooler with those sealed reusable freezer packs - box & cold pack type.
Most times during late spring, summer & early fall that's where everything is daylight to dark.
Except for what Im using at the time.
