I ordered samsung 18650 30q batteries that I am putting in a Smoant Battlestar. They say they are a 15A battery, should I get something more in the 25-30A range? I am new to the box mod rda/rta style of vaping. A couple of years ago i did the pen style and didn't really like it so I thought I would try it this way. Thanks

The Samsung 30Q has a bit higher CDR on testing than what Samsung lists. It's a fine battery for the Battlestar. You really only need a higher amperage battery if you plane on vaping over 120W all the time. Here's a list of recommended batteries, as well as reputable dealers so you're sure to get an authentic and not a counterfeit (big problem with batteries)

Calculating the amp draw on a regulated mod like the Battlestar requires a little bit of maths, the general rule of thumb is a 20 amp battery is good for about 60 watts each.
