Battery-charger problem?

When I charge batteries on this charger, it blink red/green/red/green non stop. What's the matter here?

seminolewind--there is probably not much going on--if the charger is in fact charging the battery. That led is really usless with these chargers-------Sun

Thanks, Sun, it has been charging the batteries, so I guess I'll just time them.

All of my chargers have done that since day 1 but still charge just fine.

I have one that does that too. Red - Then after a while it blinks from red to green and back again, and then after a couple of hours blinking green then solid green.

No problems charging.
