Eugene, unless you are an electrical engineer or electrical genius, I wouldn't.

Lithium batteries are known to explode, sometimes with flame, if charged incorrectly or with the wrong type of charger.

For these types of batteries it is better to stick with a commercially produced "Smart" charger made specifically for 3.7 volt lithium batteries.
