I have read on several websites to "run down" my ego battery completely before recharging. I only have two and use them all day on different flavor vapes. I have been charging both of them every two days and have never run one completely down. Am I hurting my batteries? If I do run them completely down then I will find myself somewhere with two dead batteries and no way to charge them.

It took years to go from NiCad batteries with strong "memory effects" to nimh that you could charge anytime at any level of charge. Have we taken a "giant step backwards" with these lithium batteries.

The link WarHawk-AVG posted is great. Lots of info and it's all correct. In a nutshell, there has been no step backwards with lithium ion. No memory at all. Recharge often.
