Hey, i just got my E-Cigg and i wonder why The charger is RED when i charge it in my computer and when i charge it in my phone charger in the Wall The charger is GREEN, Anyone knows why?

A Google search for E-cigg turns up only one vendor and no brand names. Be more specific about what you have and give us a link to your hardware. Maybe we can help.

USB ports are generally limited to 500ma output on computers. Most small Li-ion and lMR chargers are rated at 420ma output. Did you get instructions with your Ecigg?

Sitting down, facing forward.
Again, the combination of charger/battery should perform the same way on both devices, wall wart or computer. If it doesn't something is wrong with one, or pssoibly more, of the four pieces involved. The lack of which models are involved and the capacity of the wall wart being unknown are factors that muddy the water and make any real diagnosis difficult at best.

I routinely charge 280mah batteries on a 2 amp, 2000ma, wall wart without a problem. The internal current limiting of the charge adapters, at least in halfway decent quality charge adapters, will control how much current goes to the battery to prevent any overcurrent charging. Think of it the same way that the lighting circuits in your house can provide well over 2000 watts but a 60 watt bulb doesn't blow out from that high supply capability.

I'd recommend staying away from using USB to charge your battery. The port in use may or may not have the ability to provide the higher amperage used for charging (depending on it's age) and even then if it goes too high then it's going to drop the voltage down to as low as 3.6V and not charge your device at all. Or if it tries to draw too much current then the ports safety will kick in and provide no charging at all, which I've seen happen to several people because the device charging rate is unregulated.

It all really boils down to the USB spec used for the port on your computer and whether they exceed those or not.
