I unplug the charger then plug it back in and let the light bar go solid again but I haven't noticed any improvement.

A good charger will not start charging a battery with less than a certain voltage. I think that's typically around 4V rather than the 4.2V the battery will have fully charged. If the charger did start charging a 4.2V battery, it would just drive the voltage higher, which is not good. It will reduce the life of the battery and if the voltage goes over 4.3 the battery will start heating up which is even worse.

The last lighted bar on the charger will only flash,as in charging, for another couple minutes before it shows full charge again that's when I take it off so I will discontinue that. Really appreciate all your input.

The highest mAh high drain I know of is the Panasonic NCR18650PF 2900mAh 10A. You can get them at Orbtronics or at RTD Vapor, both are known good suppliers.

Plus 1000 for these! They are the best battery that you can buy. Efest are not so good. Testing has been done many times on these and the Pannys always come out way above all others. Efest may be the lowest. Not sure but, I would not buy Efest.
