Battery Help!!????

I just received two Panasonic imr 18650 hybrid batteries from gotvapes... They have what appears to be a clear plastic wrapper over the silver label. My aw's don't have this... Am I supposed to remove the wrapper?

Is this wrapper covering the poles? If not you dont have to remove it!

Got an invisble ZMAX coming. Those batteries look way cool for a Clear Max. Pls lemme know how they work with charging, life and vaping. I got Trustfire 3000ma 18650 cause I thought they looked cool inside. But maybe clear batteries would look better. This hobby is funner than a GEICO commercial.

Only reason to remove it is if it covers the contacts. That plastic will help prevent shorts. I have had some for a flashlight that made it hard to get them in the flashlight (to thick). As long as it works it's not a problem. Leave it on.
