Hi everyone,

My wife got me a boxer mod for my birthday, the dna 200 one. I was happy with my istick 100w tc though. I knew how to deal with it and everything was fine. I gave it away as gift after I got my boxer. But I'm not as happy with the boxer as I was with my istick and I can't stop using it because I don't want to upset the wifey and I no longer have my istick.
Why am I not happy with it? Because of the battery life. I don't get a lot of chances to recharge my batteries on duty, and I'm away for weeks. My istick used to last about 3 to 3 and a half days, so 4 batteries did the trick for me and everything was cool.
My problem with the boxer is that I know nothing about its batteries. Just like Jon Snow knows nothing about anything.
I only have the one that it came with and it doesn't last as long as I'd like it to last.
So I guess what I'm asking is. Where do I find a safe battery or batteries that would last as long as the ones in my old set up? Is there an external charger for those battery that I could buy? And what happened to the good old fashion 18650 IMR batteries that I'm used to? I feel so old now.

Thanks in advance everyone.

The Boxer has a built in Lipo pack which you charge via USB rather than using replaceable 18650s. The Lipo pack is of pretty standard capacity used in mods though there may be an upgrade option.
This mod has been extensively discussed here, so have a read. The thread is closed but you may be able to get the info you are looking for from it, or someone may post here soon.

I went from page 1 to page 29 and there is nothing remotely related to my inquiry. :(

..nothing remotely related

Just on page 2
several people mentioned that there is a version that uses 18650s, perhaps you could trade yours and get one of those.

This shows that the Lipo uses connectors so, you can remove the pack. You could try to find a higher capacity pack, or carry a spare.

Pack upgrade suggestions

Did I misunderstand what you were asking?

May I ask if the istick pico can be match with steam crave atomizer? Does t effect the battery life?
^ :offtopic:

I see no reason why you could not use a steam crave atomizer on the iStick Pico.

With a regulated (electronic) mod, battery life will be essentually dependant upon the frequency which you use the battery (number of times you press the fire button) and power (watts) you request from the mod and battery.

Thank you, so it will work just fine right? and the battery will last as long as it is not over used correct?
You're sort of asking a redundant question here.

Batteries have a finite life expectancy. Life expectancy is roughly 250 - 300 full charge cycles. Therefore, if you discharge and recharge your battery every day, it will last 250 - 300 days of use. At that point, the battery will begin to not hold a charge and will need to be replaced.

When should you replace a battery?
