I fried two atomizers today and I'm not sure if the battery is at fault. They were both recently cleaned along with my other attys. Put one on, went to vape and saw an orange glow shining through my clear drip tip. Thought maybe it had just reached its end. Threw a second one on and the same thing happened. I clean my attys with vinegar/baking soda and then run hot tap water through to get all the vinegar taste out. I tried the rest of the clean attys on a different battery with no problems. My guess is there is a problem with the battery, just wanted some technical confirmation if you've got any.

If you saw an orange glow through the drip tip, then the wick is not getting the juice to the bowl and coil. It its a 510 atty (or most any other) 2 or 3 drops on the mesh bridge and you should be good to go. Try dripping more juice on the bridge a drop at a time until you don't see orange glow anymore.

At any rate, the coil is starved. They only glow orange when dry. If there's juice on the coil, it will sink the heat and keep the atty coil at the right temperature.
