I also picked up one of the AL85 kits but am getting 4-5 days out of 3000mah batteries while at about the same usage as OP.
Even tho you can charge the battery while in this mod, VIA usb I would suggest using that option only as an emergency charging only.
Seems this mod will not fully charge batteries as well as have read/ watched video where it reduces battery longevity as well.
