Smok Alien 220w battery issue

Hi guys! Yesterday I started having an issue with my smok alien 220w.
I use an external charger to charge my LG Chocolates and Samsung 25r’s. I never use the usb , only for updates.
My one battery shows fully charged and then after a few minutes it goes half, then empty then full again. The other battery stays the same. I’ve tried everything and does not work. batteries I’ve been using two months, tried someone elses batteries and the same thing happens. It fluctuates the whole time, every time. Any ideas?

Sounds like an issue with the board in the device. Is there an update you can try?

I agree with Bonskibon. Sounds like a board issue. This seems to be an issue with a few Smok Aliens, so if under warranty contact the vendor, supplier, or manufacturer.

Updated last night and same problem. Still able to use it but just the thought of it doing this makes it a bit uncomfortable to use thinking in terms of safety. Think I’ll return it. Will post when I find out what the issue is/was

Not sure it relates to your problem, but your post makes me curious if you are using a new, matched, and married set of batteries?

Check the battery connections for any liquid residue because the slightest little bit of e-Liquid can cause things like the battery is not connected and No Atomizer.

Warranty it if you can. If not try a firmware upgrade. Welcome to the board.
