Battery problem

I have a 14500 bat that shows 3.20 on meter, but when I put it on my charger the
green light is on ? I tried two different chargers both shows green, and my meter is working.
Should I just toss the battery ? bat is a Trustfire 14500 flames....Thanks.

My guess would be that if this is a protected battery that the protected circuit has failed in which the battery should be discarded.
