Battery problem?

Yesterday I bought an ego 1100 mAh battery and a kanger t2. It came partially or fully charged, so i have been using it those 2 days. A few hours ago it flashed 3 times and it turned itself off, then i turned it back on, and it worked bad and it repeated to shut itself down. I thought that the batt is empty and i stuck my usb adapter into my phone charger and the blue battery light turned on, and the charger light became red.
The shop keeper told me that the first charge should last 8 hours. After two hours the light went green and the battery led turned off so i thought that it was charged. I put the batt on my cartomizer, and it acted the same (blinking 3 times and turning itself off, and when i press the button its a bit of delay betwen my press and the light). I put the battery back on the charger and its saying that is charging. Should i leave it untill 8 hours are passed? Thank You in advance and excuse my english :)

One of my spring loaded kanger batteries did that sometimes. It seems to short circuit when I screw the charger or tank on tight. Try unscrewing your cartomizer a few turns.
I would ask for a replacement.
When charging you should see a red light that blinks green every few seconds. It will turn solid green when fully charged.
Not all electronic devices can regulate their charge current. My istick for example gets very hot when I use my 1.8a Blackberry charger. I don't know what your phone charger outputs but maybe try a computer USB which will likely be 500mah. it will take longer but may be better over time.

I was just looking at the charger that came with my 1300 mah EMOW. The USB port that plugs into the wall has an output of 1000mah(which I believe is 1a) but the charger part that screws into the battery says 400mah. Looks for specs on your charger. You may be fine charging it with your phone charger.

Not so well know but usb charging bricks come in two charging varieties, slow and fast depending if the device can "ask" for a faster charge. My phone and tablets can, perhaps our ecigs/vw mods can. It has to do with having a 4 wire usb cable with a brick having the center two pins shorted. The center two relate to the white and green wires of the 4 wire cable which can be data transfer or if shorted then rapid charging. Perhaps not even related to your stick but awesome non the less. My tablet charges exactly twice as fast with correct cable and brick.
