Battery question??....(ya,another....sorry guys)

OK, so i have noticed on 2 of my batts now (both man's)...that on occasion, say every 6 to 7 drags, that they will re-"ignite" themselves after i am done and release the button.

this happens for like 2-3 seconds id say.....
then they turn off again...

still work great other than that....


just wondering if these are on their way to demise.....(your opinions please)


if so, ill just order another 2 or 3...

but if they'll remain as they are now....
then im still just fine with that,
as they *otherwise* still preform perfectly!

We're in the V4L forum so I'm assuming they are V4L manual batteries.


Oh and V4Lis4me- I have a few that do that, manual and auto, but not every 6 or 7 drags- more like once a day, usually soon after recharging.
I know I saw a thread about it here recently and Mark or Steve said it wasn't a big deal... but I think I'd suspect they might be on their way out if it's happening as often as yours are.

the frequency does seem to be increasing with the 2 batts in question....

so i'll just let it ride for now,
a new order is not too far in my future as of this point

....and like id fool anyone here anyways!!!!!!
it just gives me an excuse to buy more...(but i do hope they last8-o)

heh, I know, I keep finding myself looking for some excuse to buy stuff.

But hey, if they are dying then look on the bright side: the batteries are crazy cheap right now

sounds like the self cleaning function in going off too much. Maybe a problem with the detection chip in there. Just my best guess. It should not be problematic for vaping just gonna burn up the battery faster and get less usage from each charge.

No "detection chip", just a single MCU and glue hardware, and no "self cleaning cycle" anywhere in the code disassembly in the MCU. Where do you see it living?

Most ecig batts do that,its some kind of cycle.Its normal.
