I don't know about energizer, but you can with Duracell. I just order some more Tenergy batteries from BatteryJunction.com I also ordered some of these Titanium Innovations CR123A 3V Lithium Photo Battery 1400mah to test and also to keep in my car as backups. I'm looking for some rechargable 1400 Mah ones to try out, see how long they last.

wv2win, they lasted around 10 hours of regular usage and the quality of the hit was exactly the same as the Tenergy's.

EDIT: They didn't completely die in the end, the vapor quality diminished greatly. I'm thinking they don't have a circuit that turns them off after they hit 3v because they're non rechargable. My Tenergy's work dandy, and then, completely off, but that is cause they have a circuit that turns them off once they dip below 3v, so they don't reach the point of no return.

Thanks for info. Since these non-rechargeables are supposed to have a shelf life of 10 years, I think it would be good to have a set as an emergency back up.

Quixotic7, let us know how those Titanums work out. At that price, having 6-7 of them would be great.

I was in a city this weekend that had an Interstate Battery store. They carried a pair of 3V 700MAH rechargables with a charger (only rated for 375 recharges) for $30 or non-rechargeable 3V 1400MAH for $6. Not as good as the ones PS sells, but should get you through in a bind if you're out of town or waiting on the mail. They're in the US and Canada that I know of.
