what does it mean when you go to take a vape off the battery and the light keeps flashing and you get no vapor or hit? and then you put it on the pcc and it doesn't flash to indicate charging? I will try also on the wall charger and see if that helps
also this is an auto battery about a month old.

I havent used an auto battery in a long while but I think you're describing the dreaded cleaning cycle. From what I understand, some manufacturer's decided it was good practice to have the atty energize and do some kind of a burn-off after so many drags. I'm presuming this happened just the once? If it's repeating often then you may have a defective battery.

It may be discharged enough you need to give it a few minutes on the charger before it actually shows charging. If that doesn't work I'd call it a dud :(

This is most likely it - happens to me all the time because I can't tell when the batteries are going until they are gone! :D The battery needs to charge enough to signal the charger is it charging or something...

What happens is the battery is so low the charging circuit doesn't think its safe to charge it at the full 200ma's. I think the charger applies a trickle charge to see if the battery will recover enough so it can be safely charged.

I really don't know if it applies a trickle charge or waits for the battery to recover to it's safe charging voltage. Not sure. But protection circuits are common with lithium batteries.

It's really a bad idea to drain the battery completely before charging it. It will not last nearly as long.
