hey guys sorry if this is in the wrong place noob question here! I recently bought a chiyou clone (didnt know it was a clone at the time) and i have the sony 18650vtc3 batteries which are supposed to be great. My problem is with this batter in the adjustable top pin is not long enough and there is some rattle and at times contact issues. I also have a shorter AW IMR battery which is awesome that fits fine. My question is does anyone have any recommendations for a 18650 battery that may have a cap or is a bit longer so that my firing pin doesnt come out all the time? thanks for your help!!

Never handled a Chiyou clone before, though I know that they require a battery with a nipple tip on it, making the Sony battery you're using useless, unless you get a magnet spacer (or something of that nature). Again this is just from what I've heard around the vaping community.
Try searching 1mm Extension tabs.

I had a Chi-You clone for a couple of weeks. I've never used Sony batteries but flat top Panasonics and Efests fit just fine, no rattle. The top pin should be telescopic (one screw inside another), allowing plenty of room to accommodate flat or button top batteries. There are a few different companies making the clone but I believe they all have telescopic top pins.

Bumping for another answer...
