Battery question

Hi,
I'm looking at getting into mechanical mods. I've read the baditudes blog and pretty much have ohms law down. My question is how do you know when to charge your batteries? Do you notice a change in the vape as it drains?

it's pretty noticeable. sometimes i pop it into my SVD and check the voltage.

Yeah, you'll notice a weaker vape at around 3.6-3.8V. That's where most folks tend to swap batteries. Many batteries are safe to drain to below 3V (say 2.5); so there's a big buffer zone there. (The lowest I ever got was about 3.5V and that was on a nicely modded mech with minimal v-drop.)
