battery question

I use a manual Joye 510 battery. Does anyone know if, as these start to last less and less time after so many chargings, they start to become weaker also? Or do the batteries always output the same regardless of how long it lasts between charging? I hope I am asking this right as I'm about as bright as the end of this 510. It seems like a couple of my batteries are weaker even though the charge still lasts 35-45 minutes on them. Thanks!!

Yes, batteries will start to lose their capacity... But to be honest, back when I used nothing but 510 batts, I didn't notice a real change or anything... So it shouldn't lose that much capacity for awhile.

Yeah 510s are really durable, especially if they're real Joye batts - I still have mine from 6 months ago that holds maybe 2/3 of the original charge.

Small analog size batteries only have a 200-250 recharge capacity. And they do lose a charge more quickly after every recharge. The bigger mod batteries such as the RC123a's can be recharged 1000-2000 times.
