Battery/Tank issues?

Hello everyone, i've been having an issue recently with one of my tanks I bought. I recently bought a EVOD 2 tank and I got it in the mail last monday. It was working fine up till today. Now everytime I want to use the EVOD tank the battery button flashes when I try to fire it. But it seems to work fine with my vivi nova mini tank. Also even with a full battery the battery flashes. Does anyone know why it's doing this? Could it be the coils? Any help would be greatly appreciated

It flashes 3 times then nothing else happens.

Perhaps the coils is fried and the battery is not able to complete the connection so it is flashing. If the VN is working fine it is not the battery, has to be the tank.

Hmmm ok, although the coil is fairly fresh but i'll put a new one in and see what happens. Good thing I bought some spare coils

I put a new coil in and now it works wonderfully, thanks for the help Panorama

Joking aside, even if a coil is new/fresh means nothing. I have had duds out of the box, ones that give 2 pulls and the coil leg breaks and others that just were wrapped poorly.

I will bet if you pull the center post out and then ever so gently pull on the wire inside the insulation grommet the leg will just pop out!
