I have ego batteries, they of course time out if I puff too long. Thing is I don't just do one long slow puff. I like to puff, puff, puff, puff and it times out. My old ego wasn't as bad(it died) but my two newest ones are really frustrating me. And my trusy apollo, which I love, is on it's last legs. It no longer charges, But it at least didn't time out so quickly. Are there any batteries that will still work with my ego clero's and vivi nova tanks that won't time out so darn quick. Getting really frustrated. And a pass thru would be great as long as I never left my computer.

If you don't want to go the mechanical mod route, then you should get a Sigelei Legend. It does have a timer, but you can change the time to a max of 20 seconds, which is double what the eVic allows (10 seconds) and most other batteries.

As far as I know, any mechanical mod should let the power go as long as the button is held down.

The reason most of the more advanced mods don't just do that is safety. If your PV is in your pocket/purse/toolchest and the button gets pressed, this keeps it from just putting out max power until there is no juice left. In theory, that could do anything from burn out an atomizer to starting a fire.

I like a long, multiple puff vape myself, but I just take a hit, let go of the button for a sec, then hit again. That lets it reset the timer.
