Hi all! Hope it's okay for me to post this here. I did try going through as many topics as I could, tying to find the answer but....couldn't find it. I was hoping someone could tell me if it's okay to use a panasonic ncr18650 3400 mah flat top in the smoktech SiD & the tesla. I'd really appreciate ANY help! Thank in advance! ☺

I don't think so, but haven't tried it myself to say for certain. The almighty Google told me this:
I have found, means the battery is of a type that the SID does not function with. SID's work with unprotected IMR batteries. I use efest, Samsung ( same type as used in eVic), with success. I have attempted to use a protected battery like trustfire or ultrafire and received the Low Vol message and the SID will not function. Hope that helps you
That was in the top 5 hits using the keywords smoktech+sid+battery.
