battery wont charge

I keep having problems with new batteries not charging. I have had this particular battery for a few weeks and last night it didnt charge after being on the charger all night. Could there be a connection problem with the charger and the battery?

You can lift the center post.Maybe its not making a connection.

It could be a connection problem or it could be a dud battery. I can't tell you how long your battery should last, but I've been using the same two KR808D-1 batteries every day since February with no issues. With most KR808D-1 batteries, the LED on the end of the battery will glow when it is charging and go off when it is done. But there are many variations of KR808D-1 batteries.

I got an auto battery that won't charge on a universal adapter(push in) but will on an original screw in type adapter. If you want a link to a place that has the screw in adapters for sale let me know. It's about twice as much because they are in malls here in Illinois, but do have web sales.

i didn't read all of the replys but try cleaning your connections with alcohol
