Hi guys,

I'm having some trouble with my passthrough. I haven't been getting very much power out of it for a couple of weeks and today I finally figured out that the position of the plug is whats causing the issue. If the plug isn't in just the right spot, I don't get any power. I've tried three cords and they all do the same thing, so I don't think that is the issue. Could the connector on the passthrough piece be dirty or something? Is there a way to clean it?

Thanks in advance for your help.

It could be dirty, radio shack carries a product called de-ox it. It is a contact cleaner that you could spray into the connector. If that does not work, I still have some jacks at the shop I could rebuild that one.
