Here’s what I got from a seller at eBay. The condition is stated as new, but you can see clearly it’s not. This is what some sellers there do. They sell their used belongings, and those of their friends, as new products considering that some buyers wouldn’t bother themselves by getting into the hassle of sending back and refunding, and would rather accept what they get.
The seller’s account is ‘codevape’. Be careful

UM yeah that would go back just for the principal of it all and if he gives you grief file a complaint with ebay (Id do that anyhow) and file a paypal claim item not as stated. When all else fails I have paid a visit to a seller in person. Not suggesting you do that though. Me I'm a Simpleton so no rules apply.

That's interesting it's Codevape. I ordered something that was a pre-order from him and he offered all the buyers a refund when it took a little longer for shipment. I decided to wait and I'm still waiting, so wish me luck. He has sold quite a bit of merchandise and had a 100% positive rating, that's now gone down to 99.8%. I'm not sure how this works, as it dropped down one day and it was back up to 100% the next day. If there's an issue that was resolved can the buyer rescind his bad rating?
