I guess i should get out more. I wanted for a long time to have a contest where i gave away a Vamo V5 and everytime i would go to start one low and behold someone else would have one going so I gave up on that one for many months. guess the lil fellas are popular

it is hard to get past the "stigma" of vaping put upon us in public and or with a larger mod, people do give you funny looks.
my wife feels the same way... well she doesnt vape but tells me how ridiculous I look vaping, doesnt like me vaping in public, she smoked for 30 years herself... makes me wonder if people felt ashamed back when public smoking first started. I think not.
today political correctness is the cause and of course PC is to achieve only one thing and that is "control" over peoples behavior, thoughts or verbiage. Its hard to get past, at some point you just have to say the he ll with those people

Yeah...my husband doesn't like it either....he keeps telling me people are staring. I don't feel as strange with the little evod but the cigar grosses him out I think. He smoked for at least 30 years too but had to quit because of copd and asthma. When he had to quit about 12 years ago no one knew what vaping was and he had a really hard time quitting.he has taken a couple drags off mine and is amazed!!!

I just found the only two Kanger coil boxes I have at the moment.

This one is the coils for the original Protank 3 and Aerotank. It says it fits:

Aerotank
Protank 3
Mini Protank 3
Evod 2
T3D

It lists available resistances as 1.5 1.8 and 2.0 ohms.

The other box is for the Kanger T3S and MT3S, and lists available resistances as 1.5 1.8 2.2 and 2.5 ohms.

These are older boxes, though, from at least six months ago, maybe longer, so things have probably changed, but I hope that info helps some.

Thanks to whoever posted the link yesterday to that tension coil jig . I made one last night, and have been making perfect coils all day today. I used junk I had laying around so there was no cost involved. Have not made a single bad coil today and I did not even need my glasses...

the man that runs a vape group i belong to here made one of those and did a video on it. same device. I was wondering where he got the idea until I saw the video last night

No, none of the single will work with a duo, but the duos will take the single coils.

or any
kanger that works with a duo coil will work with both both but the ones built for a single coil will only take a single coil...

we keep it kinda busy so its usually about 5 or 10 threads down on the registered supplier forum threads, I dont think its ever gone over on page 2 that I can remember thanks to the great Cactinians that keep it alive.
It does get quiet sometimes though... & is why we need all the Cactinians we can get

I'm 62, and I have some pretty outlandish setups, like 26650 mods, and toppers to fit. (Those are really, really big). When I went to the vape shops in NY and showed off my stuff all those 20 something kids in there thought I was really cool. They loved it that someone old enough to be their grandmother had cooler vaping stuff than many of them did!

I am one of those people who never really cared what people thought. I just think about how much more fun I have than they do, with all their worrying about what people will think all the time.

I often wished when I walked in a vape shop that there would be a little old lady there to help me. I have asked them if I am their oldest customer and he said you would be surprised at all the older people that come in to learn about vaping so they could quit cigarettes. I got to admit every young guy that waited on me really took their time and helped me except when they sold me the darn big cigar!!! I started smoking at 13 so that is a heck of a long time and we actually smoked in our house and all our friends houses..it was so accepted back then. I sure hope vaping becomes "accepted" so that we can do it at more places. I hate going outside to vape but people don't understand the whole concept and it's just easier sometimes.

After using drill bits that thing is a dream. You cannot make a bad coil with it. Even buying the parts it would only cost like five bucks, I'm surprised no one has started making them and selling them.
