I do too, Stosh. I love to buy juice but it just isn't as much fun to buy batteries! They are on my list too and I put it off while I get other stuff that is more interesting. We'll be sorry when we need them!!

I do have a couple extra but I think they are getting old and I'd like some fresh backups.

What I should order and keep putting off.....

I have a couple batteries that are rather old and should be replaced soon, but I've been using my iStick so often I don't notice the short battery life of my 18650s compared to how they used to perform.

Random Vaping Thoughts - :2cool: :2c: Just to mix things up!

I've never really been a mod wrap fan. The one I bought looked great, but I had a lot of trouble getting the wrap on with my shaky hands and poor eyesight. I peeled it off to re-attempt one too many times and it started to lose its ability to hold the wrap, so I gave up on it. I never really minded because I like the looks and feel of the mods I use, but last night I noticed a nick - scratch along the side of my svd, which is kind of a bummer.

This has been Random Vaping Thought :toast:

Yeah, I'm going to order batteries when I order the mod, too. They aren't quite as boring if you order something fun at the same time!

In the spirit of Redd's coil, a small literary interlude.....(aka - sea story)

Was watching an old Home Improvement episode today and was thinking,
MORE POWER!! MORE VOLTAGE!! NEW MOD NEEDED!!

So figured it had to be portable, with lots of power, so start with a nice V8 Hemi
packed into a nice car...good power and portable

Install an aux alternator with heavy wiring for a full 12 -14 volts to the passanger
compartment, first hurdle passed. Now need an atty to handle it, so guess I
don't need toast in the AM, and that wire in the toster looks just like an atty
coil heating up!! Found an old ceramic ashtray to wrap it around.....
(this is going easier than I thought!) :thumb:

OK now for a juice feeder, no cart or carto would wick fast enough!
So just take a a fuel injector nozzle and hook up a tube to feed the juice,
add an old A/C compressor to the engine to supply air to spray a mist, simple!!!

Dripping is a thing of the past, I'm way beyond that! Now for a juice supply....hmmm
OK, with a small trailer I can fit two 55gal drums (one PG one VG) with an adjustable
mixing valve, and flavor injector, (adjustable of course). A small garden hose
connection to my juice (fuel injector) and I'm ready for a test drive!!!
:vapor::vapor::vapor::vapor::vapor:

Local weathermen are reporting a sudden and unexplained fog bank that has rolled
into the area but I haven't seen it? Pictures to be posted soon.....:2cool:

Probably should take out a patent before the modders see this post.....

Thanks for the laugh, that was good!

Is it crazy to think that this actually gave me ideas? Must have my flavor injector (adjustable of course)!

With all of the 100+ watt mods on the market and no end in sight, how long before your prophecy becomes reality? In 3 years vaping scholars will look back on your text as the first written formula for the new brand of Ultra-Mods and you will be spoken of with great reverence!

IPV mini v2 ..... the 70 w job

Very disappointed with Dovpo for putting that screw adjustable connection on their mini 50s instead of the spring loaded one that they do so well. The iStick 50 wouldn't be bad either. I am perfectly happy with the devices I have now but have son in mind for these as really tired of hearing him whine like a girl about his device being too large to hold while he is driving... he got the whining stuff from his dad.

I think I am going to like that Black Honey Cream tobac that I made yesterday when it reaches maturity.

Every time I think I have what I need and can stop buying hardware, they pull me back in! That is so big I bet you could put a gumball machine on top and it would look good. Lately, I am viewing mods with more of an appreciation for the aesthetics than I have before and this one is something special to look at. Is it comfortable in the hand.....with all of the ridges and stuff?

Yeah, My Kryptonite is a vaping monster. I love it!

Didn't even know this was a thing, until a few weeks ago when I got a new 30 watt vamo. It has the screw adjustable connection and it is the worst pain in the backside. When my tank will not make contact and I adjust the screw upwards, it seems to work. When I take off the tank to refill and put it back on, it says "no atomizer connection" again! Somehow, it manages to go back down on it's own! So frustrating! This was not something I knew about when I bought it but it really ruins the mod for me.

It is much more comfortable in the hand than the Maraxus. You pretty much hold it by a large expanse of the smooth part, and the ridges aren't sharp. It's really a heavy and solid feeling mod, and it won't tip over on the table.

I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants to stealth vape though, it's a monster!

Yeah, those screw adjustments can be a pain. I've got some I only use certain toppers on, because I get tired of adjusting them.

I agree about the wraps. While they can make stuff look unique, I figure I'd rather spend the money on something practical, like another device or tank.

I can see me using mine in the same restricted way. The other issues is that I got this mod to be the one that I could use when I wanted to go above 15 watts, with a certain view towards having it available when I get one of the sub ohm capable tanks. Now I'm not sure if those tanks are going to have this issue, which makes it a crap-shoot to buy. I kind of blame myself because now that I know about this problem, I have found reviews where folks mention it. But like I said before, I wouldn't have even know what this meant at that time. On the other hand, why would any company put this in their mod?
