It's a shame that stuff is a dying art. I know there are less and less gun engravers out there as well. Its basically the same thing as engraving mechs. Back in the day you got your colts engraved at the factory and now most people are all about pushing out as many of their product as possible with no personal touches like that. I think 3 grand is alot of money for it, but where else are you gonna get that.
It is a very rare art these days. Most things are CNC or laser engraved now. Lacks soul.
