Been at zero-nic for 1.5 months.. Thinking of re-introducing some 3mg

In addition, nicotine can be highly beneficial to a number of "cognitive disorders", as in "not functioning like a machine, day in day out".

As I said before:
Oh and as to the benefits of consuming nicotine: well, I would not want to take any of the pharma-made stuff to take care of the same.. uhm... conditions. I am not into spending lots of money for the pleasure of suffering potential huge side effects. Thank you but no thank you.

Started at 24, and was there until a month ago when I started vaping at high wattages with rebuildables. Whoo boy the nic hits were amplified to the point I was feeling nauseated. I tried going down to 18, but still was lightheaded and feeling funny. Now down to 12 and just fine. My goal is 6 and no further because I also get VERY sluggish, tired and lazy with no nicotine.

I was working my way to 0 nic and generally have been successful EXCEPT my head likes to tell me that 0 isn't satisfying. I am vaping 0 - <3. So I got some unflavored 3 and I add a few drops to my flavored 0. Just enough to tell my head there's nicotine in what I'm vaping. So I have a tank with 0 and a tank with 0+ for when I think I need a "nicotine fix." I wouldn't care, except after smoking for 38 years I want to be free of it on principle. I know to a certainty that if all e-cigs disappeared tomorrow I'd be back with a Marlboro in my hand in about an hour, and it wouldn't be because I HAD to, it would be because I chose to. I want to get past that. I actually am free of it, but my head still thinks its a smoker.
