I haven't tried any vanilla custards yet usually stick with sweet tobaccos.

Been hearing a lot of people talking about custards recently. I ordered some today. Just want to know who makes the best vanilla custard.

I've only tried one, Nicoticket's Custard's Last Stand (vaping it right now). I like it a lot.

Believe it or not, I'm also smoking Custard's Last Stand as I'm writing this.

I let this steep for about five weeks, never trying it. When I did, I was not let down.

A very rich, creamy vanilla custard taste, slightly sweet, Exhale and aroma, very pleasant.

Not a strong throat hit, the creaminess stays on your tongue. Overall. a great vaping experience.

Nicoticket only has a few flavors, but, the few I've tried are worth every penny.

I've tried a limited flavor, Oreo, and it was spot on an Oreo cookie. Even the expelled
vapor added a nice vanilla finish to the dominant cookie flavor. Smelled like that
first whiff of tearing open a package of Oreos.

Also tried Gravity, a fruit mix. Again, very flavorful, a bit delicate. Each vape changes
highlighting the individual flavors in the mix.

I'm holding off on their Creme Brulee. Many say that it is even better than CLS.

They have a new limited flavor, Snickerdoodle. If you like bakery flavors, I'm
sure this one will be right on the money. I ordered a bottle two days ago.

Good luck... Ed

    heh, oh boy

    There is a ton.

Grants Vanilla Custard is probably the most well known, but impossible to get without putting effort forth. It IS attainable though. Direct from his site, or from PinkMule. Often out of stock though. Fans would say its worth the wait. Ill say its a solid representation, but nothing earth shattering. Kinda like, your second choice prom date. Not mind blowing, but an enjoyable sure thing.(heheheh)

    Nicoticket
    Custards Last Stand
    Creme Brulee

-always available, loved by many, said to be the "Grants Killer". Creme Brulee, IMO, is the better of the two because it adds some complexity. Im in the minority here, but niether blow me away. there are those who will tar and feather me for speaking ill of Nicoticket :) This is mega popular juice right here.

Big Willies(or is it just Willies?). get it through facebook, this is garnering quite the following. Havent tried it.

Now for some of my personal suggestions:

    HighBrow Vapor
    Creme Brulee
    Vanilla Bean decadence
    Vanilla Bourbon Bean

-Listed in order of the best first, all of them are true to real life flavors. You can tailor your own pg/vg ratio, but the suggest 80/20, or at least a bias to PG. If these juices were high VG juices, Id probably like them more. That said, highbrow makes some great juice all around. They make their own flavors and extracts, and the result is obvious.

    High Caliber
    Killa Vanilla

-This is, IMO, the best non-boutique juice, ever. A Puuuuuuurfect vanilla. warm and inviting, without being overly sticky or cloying.

    And my top favorites:
The Standard- Cell Block Four. Creme Brulee cake with the fainest hint of fruit, this is my #1 juice of all time.
BluePrint- C.R.E.A.M.(Custard Rules Everything Around Me). VERY similar to Cell Block, without fruit, and an added hint of graham cracker. Subtle, but there.

It seams like the two top picks are consistent amongst everyone. When I first heard about the new vanilla custard craze MaddCatt vapor was the first vendor I found that has it. So that's what I have on the way. CLS is next on my list and GVC appears to be good but from Europe. I would rather not find an ADV that I have to order from Europe but im sure its great.

My Snickerdoodle and Grandma's Cinnamon Danish shipped today. First time ordering them, so really looking forward to it. Creme Brulee will be on my next order; I've heard good things.

....... or you could just whip some up yourself. I won't give up the "secret" recipe here but I will tell you this. It must steep for at least three weeks. Most people that try to make a good VC are disappointed because it just doesn't taste right at first. After about 3 weeks it will start to change color from yellowish to amber. Once the change takes place, it's delicious! I make 100ml jars of it to make sure I don't run out before it's properly steeped.
Custard's Last Stand is as good as any store bought VC's on the market IMO.

I've tried a few different vanilla custards from different vendors and I must admit all the cheaper ones I tried were awful. I like a strong tasting flavour and must admit Grants vanilla custard is the best I've had.

Being in the UK, it's not too bad ordering from Europe (or direct from Grant when he has it in stock - hardly ever !!). I managed to bag, 50ml from pink mule and 50ml from vapourart, when they both had stock. If you e-mail Grant directly, he's a great guy and will always tell you who has the stock.

I've just ordered some Fizzy Trifle from triphammer recently as I've heard it's a good alternative to GVC - I'll just have to wait and see.

So from my experience, the pricier custards or well worth the extra, but I always had expensive tastes

Nah no tar and feathering...taste is subjective...some will love it, some will like it, some will not like it so much and then some will not like it at all.... We only care that you don't go back to the stinkies :)

Most of those listed already are great!! My favorite custard is Suicide Bunny's Mothers Milk. It is a strawberry custard.

No tarring or feathering here either. But I am bookmarking this thread so that I'll have it for a reference when I'm ready to order more vanilla flavored juice. Some of the ones you've highlighted sound great.

yes, it's reviews like this that led to my 1st nicoticket purchase-still steeping and oh so hard to be patient! I don't know if I will be able to last 5 weeks though

No need to steep it at all. I use it straight out of the mail and it tastes the exact same as it does after steeping for a few weeks. I do not have the desire or patience to wait for a juice to steep. I am buying it to vape, not to look at on a shelf so if it isn't ready out of the mail I move on to vendors that are.

I find that CLS is even better when you mix it 50/50 with Orangzilla from Fuzion Vapor.:thumb:

Lots of useful information popping up in this thread. Wish I could rename it Vanilla Custard 101 * for beginners. I'm making a joke. Hey can some please list an American vendor who stocks grants vanilla custard. Because grants is sold out. Here is the only usa vendor I have found that carries it Newport Vapor Room but they are also sold out any others?

Going to run out of Nicoticket's CLS before my next order arrives. How will I ever be able to go without my favorite vape while I wait for the new batch to arrive/steep?!? It's going to be a long weekend I guess. May have to go to Harbor Freight and pick up an ultrasonic to speed the process...

Got a bottle of Pure Vapes vanilla custard in the mail yesterday. After vaping it all day, I have come to the conclusion that the flavor is way better, more spot on and richer than CLS. Just like CLS, there is no steeping required. Another bonus is that you can customize the PG/VG, flavor strength, sweetener, add cooling or add TH. And it is only $15 for 30ml.
